Our Program
Learn and Observe
Our first year program allows new interns to gain valuable insights into business operations, customer interactions and real world experience in the different services performed by Tech Savvy. The goal of the first year program is to gain an understanding of how businesses operate, learn new skills and the importance of team members in a pre-departmentalization environment.
Apply and Act
Pick a role at Tech Savvy and spend time training under a mentor learning all aspects of that position. Once you've come to understand that role you will learn a second role further expanding your knowledge of various positions and how they may interact. A large part of success in business and management stems from understanding your team's goals, responsibilities, strengths and weaknesses.
Opportunity
Successfully completing our 1st and 2nd year programs grants you our certificate of completion outlining the experiences and knowledge you have gained at Tech Savvy. You may present this certificate for any of your future opportunities and we will validate what you have learned. We may also grant you an opportunity with Tech Savvy taking into account the experience you have already acquired under our program.
